Pros
Seeing this company out from day one, I took that very personal. I felt like I was honestly growing with this company. They promised great things to come. All companies say that, but I dove in head first and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was so happy I found a company that valued camaraderie, but at the end of the day you are just a body filling in the seat. Don't get me wrong, free lunches and the occasional company outing. Even hanging out with the founders was so cool too, but it is all a sham.
Cons
It always feels like you are walking on egg shells there, and how can one person always make everyone feel awful. Not only that when I was first hired we were told: if you want me to check on something or need to email me you need to "tell me how pretty or I look nice today". Joking or not, you might as well have pushed me in a corner and stole my lunch money! I really hope this company changes and really does take true CULTURE into consideration.
