Encouraged to lie and mislead customers.

Cons

Most toxic, sexist, racist, unethical work place I have ever experienced. Expect to be over worked, underpaid and seen as a number for conducting revenue. You will not be respected by your coworkers or your customers. This is all especially true if you are a woman. No benefits, only unsolvable problems due to poor management. Boss is always on vacation and completely out of touch with reality.

Amazing team and managers, family feel, great hours, minimal stress (unless you let the customers get to you, then it can be stressful). Overall AMAZING place to work!
