      Pros

      Rain days, paid during winter to do next to nothing.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected from technicians. Refuses vacation days for funerals and emergencies of employee’s own children. Fires long term employees for minor infractions to ‘make an example’. Breaks SEVERAL EPA guidelines. Shop and trucks are kept in disarray. Owner expects employees to pay for the most basic of things such as truck repairs and extension cords.

      Poor ethics and VERY poor listening skills per management. listen for once. Don't always have to be the one talking..

      Sell or be sold, simply put.

      Cons

      We're trained on how NOT to transfer an incoming call to the correct sales rep who left a voicemail and keep the sale for ourselves, the one whom answered the call. Let outbound keep making outbound. It's incorrect salesmanship.
