There's a task for every personality. Each franchise is like a beehive, and it takes a village. Do your part and make your ambitions known, you'll go as high as your heart will take you!

Cons

Some offices have short cyclical business. You may get a lay off if the owner doesn't have a plan in off season.

-Good Pay -Teaching younger workers how to work a job. -Locally owned and operated

Cons

-Lack of hours, it is only 25 hours a week. -Management does not do a good job on target marketing as they expect a high number of sales leads even in neighborhoods that don't fit their target market. -Management expects you to be a thorn if the cops ask you to leave the neighborhood if caught without a door knocker permit. I had dealt with this situation a couple of times and management expected me to be a thorn the next time the police asked us to leave.
