hours are good. hourly pay is good
Cons
the will make you pay back commission if someone cancels before all 5 to 7 treatments are completed. example, you set someone up for a 7 application program they use and cancel for what ever reason, you will have to pay back the commission on the 3 unused applications. I can name name more ways that they can either take all of or part of your commission than i can ways to to keep your comission. I did not like the fact that there were certain topics we were not aloud to bring up with potential customers, such as their service is a continuous service so unless the person cancels before next season, they will be auto renewed. i can go on and on.
