Pros

Flexibility - The company offers a full-time or part-time schedule for their Sales Representatives. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits and holiday pay after 60 days of employment, and become eligible for 401k after 90 days of employment. In my position, I am a Remote Sales Rep - which allows me the flexibility of working out of my home office rather than having to commute to work daily. The training program at Weed Man is great, very knowledgeable management makes you feel comfortable through the week long training process.

Cons

So far, I do not have any cons, this is a great company to work for, and a company that really takes pride in their employees.

Great way to earn money on the side Making more than minimum wage, plus commission Coworkers are cool for the most part Job itself is actually alright Fridays off

Cons

-Extremely rude customers -Disorganized -Priorities out of whack, to the point that helping an injured coworker instead of closing a deal caused me to get formally reprimanded -impossible to get good leads -Working 5 hours a night in subzero temperatures with 25 mph winds with weather advisory in effect
