Best Sales Training I ever Had

Great Company- I have learned everything to be successful. I had no lawn care knowledge when I started. My initial training was 2 weeks of the best training I have ever seen. Very detailed and well delivered. The training continued even after my first 2 weeks. They work with you and get you comfortable til you are consistently performing. I like the different types of leads that I deal with . I am always selling something different. Keeps me motivated. This franchise ownership is really aggressive at growing the business quickly, I like that about them.

Cons

very detailed- They track everything and watch the numbers very closely. I have to perform to earn my spot.

Weed Man FRI Group is a great employer. They are willing to help their employees by giving them unexpected time off, and helping in any way they can. They care.

Cons

It is a schedule work period and so you can't pick the hours you want to work.
