Pros

Passionate folks for the cannabis industry. Jared is amazing! He should be at the leadership level.

Cons

Incompetent Executive leadership. Not one of them has any significant C-Suite experience and it shows. They shift in priories faster than the wind. They just laid off 80 folks in a manner that is disgraceful and unbecoming of leaders.
