snack boxes every 3rd friday off

Cons

everyone is quitting. stock value is evaporating. our tech stack is very subpar with years worth of tech debt. dutchie is kicking our butt so management keeps point us to do various things to catch up, and our roadmap is constantly in flux. our CTO knows so little about running engineering it's actually scary.
