- Health benefits are great. - Employees are brought in with good pay. - Great implementation of agile. - Great work life balance.

Cons

- They don't care about employees. Could be here one day and out the door the next with no warning. - There has been no raise and no bonus in this very profitable company in the fastest growing industry. If your offer letter says x % bonus, ignore it. However, a job well done is rewarded by pat on the back and a bag of weed. - The 401k match/vesting is a joke. Good luck retiring on this plan. - Engineers are perceived to be 'cost' centers of the company.
