Worst culture and exhausting hours

Pros

None that I could think of except some knowledge of e-grocery store. Also the pay is decent but not worth for the effort you put in.

Cons

A very bad office culture where people just slog and put their heads down and work. They will talk less/ ignore if you are non-chinese. They make you slog for 12 hours of the day. Benefits suck!! I could give a minus rating for culture and values. Their HR is ruthless.

Cons

Very busy, no life-work balance. Just have work, work and work. Besides weekends.
