Pros

Worked for Weekday in several stores in Sweden. I loved it. Had wonderful colleagues who made the job enjoyable and who I became good friends with. The job itself developed my skills in self-leadership and being efficient. There were great opportunities to grow career wise within the company even if you would "only" start as a sales advisor. I liked being a sales advisor at Weekday since I truly felt that I could be myself as a sales advisor and have fun at the same time while getting work done.

Cons

I witnessed that the pressure of living up to sales expectations could take its toll on several employees. I understand that there must be some sort of expectations to achieve growing results, but I really think that there should be a lot more measures to make sure that staff members have a healthy view of what they as individuals can handle to prevent burning out.

a workplace where i get to be creative and design to promote the image, products and services.

Cons

Too many guidelines to follow which is not very flexible for an artist. Covid came, BUT the good thing is i am moving to Ireland !!
