Pros
- flexible working hours (I was able to work even after my university lectures, from 5pm till closing time) - benefits such as christmas team dinner, free t-shirt and other stuff after the opening day, staff discount - paid leave - no staff outfit, you can wear your own clothes at work - no problems with switiching to a lower number of working hours per month
Cons
- low number of employees, which made it hard to take a few days off at once - minimum wage
