      Pros

      Plenty of room to grow or move in the company, if you're willing to wait. Friendly environment and moved to hybrid work from home where possible. Lots of training offered both 'in house' and 3rd party.

      Cons

      Don't believe it until the ink is dry. Can be pretty mercenary when it comes to headroom.

      Strong brand allowing good relationships with retailer relationships. People across the business are very nice.

      Flat structure, not much progression to develop unfortunately.
