      Pros

      Union based employment. Great Benefits after 6 months employment. Work environment is good for a Food Manufacturer. People and management are a plus. Lots of overtime work available.

      Cons

      I never did adjust well to the 3rd shift working hours. Medical benefits kick in after 6 months of employment. This seems like an awful long time to wait.

      Great place to work as there is a lot of overtime work available to supplement 40 hr work week pay if desired.

      Cons

      6 months required before full pay rate and medical plan becomes active and 1 year before vacation time becomes active
