      Vast difference in departments some are great and flexible others are not.

      Cons

      The portrayal during interviews doesn't match the actual workplace atmosphere, micromanagement is common, instances of bullying are widespread within the company. Promotions are scarce, with minimal financial incentives. Working evenings and weekends is expected to manage the overwhelming workload.
