Pros

- Flexible scheduling options. - Accommodating to my needs as a college student. - Frequent raises to my hourly pay. - Plenty of internal career opportunities.

Cons

- Lots of standing/walking. - You may be the only one around to handle upset or irrationally angry customers (especially at night). - As a FE Coordinator, you are expected to take on many additional responsibilities without the full benefits and compensation of other managerial roles.

Pros

Easy job, most of the coworkers are fun to work with.

Cons

There are a lot. They treat their culture like a cult and if you do not buy into their way of thinking, and forced to participate in what they think are employee friendly events or activities which really are just uncomfortable. They say they are employee friendly but policies and practices do not align with that statement. Honestly, how they present themselves to the world and the impression they give (which is why I went to work there) is not the reality of the situation. They hide behind facades and not everything that is glittery actually glows - smoke and mirrors
