Pros

Management is tenacious at bringing in new recruits and they buy phone lists for office call days. They also offer office hour shifts for walk in customers.

Cons

Management is terrible at follow up and actually helping their new recruits find leads. If you are great at getting your own leads, this would be a good place for you, but if you are just starting and need a lot of coaching, I would look elsewhere.
