Pros
Weichert Realtors is such a great place to work, especially if you’re just getting into the real estate world. The team is super supportive, and Ruth was honestly the sweetest manager I’ve ever had in my life. Lynelle is amazing as well. Everyone’s really friendly and fun to be around. I loved getting to know all the realtors. There are also some fun side projects here and there, and the work-life balance is pretty solid. I genuinely really enjoyed my time here and felt valued as an employee. I know my managers cared about my wellbeing and I genuinely enjoyed going to work every day. It was quiet and very low stress.
Cons
There’s definitely a lot of downtime, which can get a little boring sometimes, but it also gave me time to read or work on personal stuff. The pay is pretty low (minimum wage), and administration jobs like this usually pay more.
