Pros
Upper management is open to letting you govern your own time as long as you're getting tasks done The real estate agents at this particular office made the job worth staying at. They're wonderful and supportive and willing to put in an effort to learn the systems that the MTS's are there to put in place.
Cons
Poor communication between upper and middle management that leads to different expectations/priorities given to you as and MTS Middle management at this particular branch was an issue not only as an MTS but their attitude towards everyone in the office was unprofessional and led to a tense work place. This behavior was allowed to go on for years unchecked and I doubt the problem has resolved itself in the years since I've left
