Pros
Commissions are based on accelerations plans which take you to 90% in a heartbeat and easily set the goals to hit 100% after. The company supplies free business cards, signs, mailers, photography on listings, docusign, and all marketing materials stocked in office for grabs. The broker managers have tons of training, coaching and business building workshops and are very involved in each office and alongside every agent.
Cons
Can't think of any downside and I have worked with other companies in the past.
