Pros
They are very proactive searching for new contracts at the end of each project. All payments on time. They pay a just salary based on your experience and education combination.
Cons
Usually they only contact you when the project is ending unless you haven't filled your time sheet. The responses to the emails sent to the management, are usually very limited or several days after the notification.
