Pros

Weinstein is very organized. There are many systems and processes in place so that employees always know what steps to take and so that residents are treated equally.

Cons

Some of the rules are so strict that it seems unfair for residents. It's to save the companies back if anything goes wrong, but resident frustration was sometimes high and there wasn't much we could do about it due to the rules. If you are a empathetic person and are placed at a location where there are many resident frustrations, this job is not for you.

Great work life balance. Ok benefits.

Cons

Not a diverse group. Says they want to be diverse and innovative but senior leadership is very one minded when it comes to race. Hard to fit in for anyone who is not white. They want yes men and women to support. It’s hard to get anything done because it goes through 15 people before approval. Chief levels are way too involved in the day to day for an organization of this size. Benefits are poor for 401k and benefits. PTO is not great as well.

Pros

The people who work at Weinstein are incredibly enthusiastic about their work and the mission of the company. I have worked here for several summers and loved it. The people I work with are very open to questions and want to help me learn about my department. I feel valued as a team member and would recommend working at Weinstein Properties.
