No pros AT ALL! Super toxic. Pay isn’t even worth the unnecessary stress.

“Training” is completely nonexistent. They say you have 90 days but actually want you to learn everything in a week. Work-life balance doesn’t exist either. Don’t even waste your time. It’s NOT worth it. They constantly change managers like playing hot potato between properties. They do not care about your hard work ethic. They do not care if you have a valid excuse or work note if you miss more than a day they will let you go even though there is no set policy. You are replaceable and they only want perfect employees, it’s not worth the stress at all. Especially when the properties aren’t even that nice. You can’t trust anyone here!

A starting company to enter the industry…but look elsewhere to grow!

Low pay, false open door policy with management. If working beyond your scheduled hours, you are asked to leave early or come in late on a future date, rather than being compensated for overtime.
