When you first get there you think you’ve found home everything is great everyone is nice training is a 1

Cons

After you’ve been there for some time everything changes it’s like a switch flip they blame you for management fails and any and every little thing that happens even if it’s very minor they will tell your regional manager about it to make you look bad and you will be blindsided by a meeting when they come to visit even if you think that the problem has been resolved and everything is running smooth
