Weinstein is a great place to work. I appreciate the friendly, collegial, supportive, and free environment. Everyone is there because they WANT to be, and they are universally friendly and helpful. It is very diverse and an excellent place to work. Count yourself among the lucky if hired. Work hard, do your best, gain momentum, and capitalize on it.

Cons

Firstly, increasing transparency regarding maintenance schedules and updates could help us better plan their day-to-day activities. Additionally, implementing a digital platform for maintenance requests and updates could streamline communication and improve efficiency further.

As you know, in 2023, we implemented tablets for maintenance personnel. This was a welcomed change and allowed requests to be handled on the go through a virtual workboard. Pros

Support from Upper Management, Amazingly Diversified Teams, Anti-Micromanaging Atmospheres, Transparency, Promotes from Within, Realistic Goals & Expectations, just to name a few.

Cons

Since I've started with the company, I've seen so many changes. However, that would only be a con to many who can't embrace growth/opportunities/upgrades to your work experience. If you are wanting to or expecting to do the same monotonous tasks or have the same work load everyday, then this is not the job for you.

I was able to gain experience and grow into the career I want. While it was a stepping stone, I learned a lot.

Cons

Corporate watched and reviewed every move you made; every email and phone call were analyzed. A bit overbearing.
