Great Benefits, new beautiful properties!

Cons

No leadership provided by area manager at the time. Managers are not allowed to make their own decisions, they are micromanaged all the time. There is so much turnover.

This statement spreads a false narrative and is entirely misleading. Very poor management, not suitable pay.

So many. The company is very against firing people. Even if proven incompetent, I have seen many people get lightly slapped on the wrist for major infringements from sexual harassment to straight up managers working 25 hours a week and overworking and abusing their crews and teams. To favoritism and mingling of managers and employees. Very unprofessional. Their tech teams are incompetent and the online tools either barely work or very difficult to understand You will have to wait a month to get your first check They don't allow opting for 401k's you literally have to get one.
