Amazing Company Culture!

Pros

They really care about the people and are put a core focus on work and life balance. I love the organization and the preparation and training provided so that you have the tools to succeed. WP also has a great team structure where any team member can step in and help with any tasks. I have seen my property manager takes tours to help out the leasing staff and everyone help out in anyway they can.

Cons

The only con is that I did not choose this company sooner.

Pros

I held 3 different positions with WP. All were great. I spent most of my time at the Corporate Office in the call center. Diana, Sasheen and Marybeth are all GREAT LEADERS! When I worked on site Colleen was my manager and she was great too! Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable & welcomed!

Cons

My employment was terminated, I was at fault but I do feel think if someone feels like they may be being treated unfairly my peers it should be taken more seriously. Although I don't think this is a company wide problem. I do believe it was my specific experience.
