The company micromanages you. As a manager you can spend more time dealing with non important or related issues of the property from corporate office. Corporate office takes up more of your time then what the property itself does. If you don't get along with your regional manager then you will not be there for long. The sad part is that no matter how bad the turnover is for management regional managers are not held responsible.

Now offers alternative schedules to fit my needs. I took a chance and have enjoyed my time at Weinstein. Have even recommended to a friend.

Benefits are OK not great.

Great work life balance. Ok benefits.

Cons

Not a diverse group. Says they want to be diverse and innovative but senior leadership is very one minded when it comes to race. Hard to fit in for anyone who is not white. They want yes men and women to support. It’s hard to get anything done because it goes through 15 people before approval. Chief levels are way too involved in the day to day for an organization of this size. Benefits are poor for 401k and benefits. PTO is not great as well.
