They give you twenty percent off rent.

Cons

The benefits are terrible. The pay is terrible. There is no commission on signing leases. They terminate so many people without being able to give reasons.

It is unfortunate that you did not feel as though the pay or benefits were appropriate for your position. We do have to disagree with you as our average pay for Leasing Consultants is on the higher end, according to GlassDoor reports. In addition, terminations are never without cause and we feel strongly that you may have received some incorrect information that led to this critique of our business. Although it may be hard to hear sometimes, negative feedback does serve all of us well as we should always be looking to improve. We thank you for your review and we wish you all the best!

Pros

Very casual work, with less than 10 customers per day with simple problems and 1-2 house showings daily.

Cons

Management was not flexible and micro managed an other wise relaxed and laissez faire position. Unecessary.
