Literally everything else on call sucks properties dont get money reinvested advancement opportunity for maintenance past supervisor slim to none

The company micromanages you. As a manager you can spend more time dealing with non important or related issues of the property from corporate office. Corporate office takes up more of your time then what the property itself does. If you don't get along with your regional manager then you will not be there for long. The sad part is that no matter how bad the turnover is for management regional managers are not held responsible.
