We’re sorry to hear about your experience at Weinstein Properties. While we’re glad that you liked the flexibility of your position and our property management system, we’re disappointed to hear your comments about training. Our team works hard to ensure that new employees have the right tools and training to excel in their positions and we’re sorry you didn’t feel that way. In addition, we’re taken aback by your comments about upper management and wish this would have been brought to our attention while you were still working with us so we could have discussed it together. We’re really sorry to hear that you did not enjoy working here. Throughout the hiring process, we are very transparent in the fact that we do not offer commissions, but instead offer a healthy bonus structure. Commission is not always guaranteed and it can create an environment that doesn’t promote teamwork. Our bonus structure, which was revamped this year, has received very positive feedback from current employees. With regards to rental discounts, you are correct that rent payments are automatically deducted from the employee’s paycheck however, this saves the employee from having to make a payment on their own time. We do have to say that your comment about paying employees to leave Glassdoor reviews is totally false – we do not do that, nor would we ever. Again, we’re sorry to hear that you didn’t feel that our company was a good fit for you. We had hoped that it would have turned out for the better and please know that we truly wish you the best.
