Resident to Employee.... Amazing all around!
Pros
Too many to list! I started out as a resident at a property they had acquired. I was blown away by the customer service I received and the improvements they made on property. As a whole this was so impactful that I knew I wanted to work for Weinstein Properties. Everyone from the phone screening to in person interview was so passionate and glowed with happiness. This is the exact representation of what it's like to work for WP. The support, innovation and PEOPLE are what make this company so incredible, and stand out from the rest. Although we keep continuing to grow (HOW EXCITING!) it still feels like a family. The people are what makes this company so enjoyable. Everyone is working towards the same goal - from corporate to onsite - it is an amazing team. I can't imagine working for any other company and I am definitely WP for Life!
Cons
The only thing I could say is I think the bonus structure could be better. HOWEVER - they recently just revamped this for 2019 so I am exciting to see these changes and it really goes to show that they care about their employees!
