Cons

Becoming acclimated is difficult, because so many people move around in the company. Also you only learn from various scenarios that you experience vs. having a proper training path.

1. The company fosters a family vibe. 2. Bonus's are paid based on team performance, not competition amongst ourselves. 3. Very comfortable daily work environment. 4. Supportive managers who are there to help you succeed. 5. Best base wage in the entire area. Bonuses are nicely structured, too. 6. Zero loss of income due to shutdowns during Coronavirus pandemic.

Cons

1. Yearly wage increases are predictable and small. No matter what you do during the year. 2. Our own performance reviews, the ones that we complete, mean nothing. the small raise is what you are going to get and nothing more.
