Your coworkers are awesome and the overall company makes you feel like you have a huge hand in your success. Everyone from leasing to maintenance to corporate cares. The benefits are pretty solid too.

I just recently had my 3 year anniversary with WP. I can not speaking highly enough about my experience with this company/extended family - it has been a fantastic career path for me! I began my career with Weinstein Properties as a leasing consultant and quickly learned how far beyond a typical property management company WP is - I have been allotted the opportunity to advance my career and how quickly I did so was based on my own motivation; I was provided the tools and support necessary to obtain a property manager position just shy of my 1 year anniversary! I had support from 2 wonderful Regional Directors and I look forward to many years to come with WP!
