Very poor training. The company has no structured plan to train new hires. Employees have admitted this and so has management.
The company will transfer you around to different apartments frequently.
Some apartments are very nasty. You yourself wouldn't want to move into them.
You will notice in general that most leasing consultants have not been with the company for more than 12 months. Some property managers have been with the company for less than 6 months and already are above you regardless of seniority. Usually the managers are 20-25 years old with less real job/life experience than you. ( Nepotism )
High turnover rate.
The company will throw you out into the job with out training and expect you to figure out how to do it.... Sink or swim mentality. Trust me it's difficult when you have to answer the phone a million times your first day or a residents coming in with questions that you have no clue how to answer. You don't feel good at the end of the day when you know you want and need job specific training.
All around a headache and not worth the stress unless this is your first job and you want to start off making $15 an hour.
