We are so happy to hear of your positive experience while working at Weinstein Properties! It warms our heart to hear that you enjoyed working with your teammates and that the level of kindness stood out to you. We’re also happy to hear that you were satisfied with your pay and benefits. You mentioned weekend work and late evening hours as being on the downside. We’re open on the weekends until 5pm and until 6pm on weekdays which is typical for the apartment industry as those are usually convenient times for prospective residents to visit and for residents to come in. We hope that rotating weekends amongst team members helped. We know it can be difficult when transferring to a new team so please know that directors work to ensure the move is in the employee’s best interest and that they’ll gain more knowledge and experience by doing so.
