Pros

Good pay, beautiful communities, the company takes pride in their properties and isn't afraid to spend money to keep them beautiful

Cons

Senior Management does not really care about hard work; they just want ants to march to the beat of their drum. Don't ask questions or offer good ideas- they don't care. High Turnover (due to their lack of respect and poor training programs in place.) Be careful not to "mis march" or you may lose your position without being given an opportunity for improvement. Benefits are offered but expensive.

Pros

Flexible with scheduling. No one was overwhelmed with weekend work. Easy to sell floor plans and communities well taken care of.

Cons

No commission structure like other property management companies. Upper management seem to have no rules like lower positions. Employee discount on apartments was a joke - public got a better price than the discount.
