      Company Fun Day, My Team, Base Pay!

      Cons

      -Shoveling Snow -Promotions based off directors personal feelings -High turnover rate!! - If you decide to live at any of weinsteins properties and things don't work out you have to move out in 2 weeks if you do not get directors approval! -very expensive medical and dental co pays are outrageous

      Pros

      Weinstein does a great job of developing their staff. Very eager to promote you when deserved and your job is well done. Very structured. Has policies and procedures in place to make your daily task efficient. The on-site staff receives lots of support from corporate. Weinstein provides training and gives you the tools to be successful at your position.

      Cons

      Insurance coverage seems to be more expensive than other companies I've worked for.

      Pros

      I've worked jobs before where I disliked going to because I didn't like the place or what I was doing. That all changed when I starterd my career at Weinstein Properties. This company really cares about their employees and even holds REV meetings with different employees to hear opinions on what can change or be improved to make the place of employment better. You get a guaranteed 40 hours a week, vacation time, sick time, yearly raises ect... We also get quarterly bonuses for our hard work, benefits chances to advance and so much more. I've been with the company for going on five years and have received two promotions.

      Cons

      Winter!! Lol when it snows we have to get up early and shovel.
