Highly skilled people, diverse range of cultures and experience.

Cons

Very reactive company, too many changes at once and these are not filtered down effectively to the people on the frontline, who are not consulted and feel the impact of these changes the most. Communication needs to improve. Collaboration between functions also needs to improve.

Good salary. Modern head office. Promotion opportunities if you put in the long hours expected of you

Huge amount of unpaid overtime. Managers disapprove of staff leaving at a normal time, feels like everyone is competing to show they’re doing longer hours than each other. Poor training and direction for new staff. Directors in huge offices completely disconnected from their employees Ruthless termination of staff for any reason Very sterile, corporate environment with social interaction discouraged in the office
