      -Most of the coworkers are friendly and become like family -Paid vacation time and sick leave after 1 year -Discount on store brand merchandise -$1/hr extra to work Sundays and holidays

      Cons

      -Payscale is to low to retain good employees -No full time positions available except for department managers -Very few weekend days off unless requested in advance -Some customers can be extremely rude
