Needs better management and scheduling

Cons
Poor Scheduling, don't hire people who apply here, slow and annoying self checkout machines, old and outdated tech, and styling of the WHOLE building. Still haven't fixed the pot hole in the entrance. I've been working here since I was 16 and it's been the same. Making me do front-end Attendant and assistant jobs during the same shift because of poor management for as long as I worked here. Never gotten a raise even when they know how hard I worked and how dedicated I am to being an outstanding employee. I never said no when asked to do something out of my position, but I can't even get a pat on the back? It's like this for everyone else as well. The porch people who mainly do front end Attendant work, to one of my positions, the front end monitor to sea food, to deli aswell (which I'm worried about because it's basically on its last legs.) This place need a full upgrade... I'd also wish to know about review I get from all my customers I help. the grocery manager showed me one review someone made of me 6 months ago of how helpful, funny and nice I was even when the store was closing and I'd appreciate if me and all employees were shown their reviews time to time again.
