Pros
Rena is an amazing person to have as your bakery manager. Most of the workers are ladies, and the atmosphere behind the counter is typically pretty good, friendly, and lively.
Cons
Low pay, most student/seasonal workers will be given the afternoon/evening shifts from 1-7pm or so to close shop. Will involve a lot of heavy lifting and moving in/out of the large freezer to set up and bake things for the next day. Not much "fun" cake decorating or anything like that - you are mostly just baking and packaging pre-made frozen things. Grocery store management politics with the head managers can be a pain.
