      Awful pay, i as a new employee was making the same as those that had been there for 5+ years, far below standard as well, poor benefits even for part time, management didnt respect employees as humans, constant guilt tripping, gossiping to other employees and managers, and disrespect directed that those that had cronic illnesses or disabilities.

      There are no pros to this job, its a joke of a store.

      I worked at weis markets for 4 years, and had both experienced for myself, and heard of others experiences of being sexually harassed by both customers and other employees alike; management refused to take any action, and more so, brushed any complaints about the horrible conditions under the rug. If you want to work here then be prepared to be harassed while making $11.00 an hour. Im scared to say anything to management anymore for fear of getting in trouble for being harassed. Save your time and mental health and work at giant, or anywhere else. I would give 0 stars if I could.
