      Pros

      None, really none, unless your a favorite, but if u have drinking problem, smoking, or vaping, you can come on the job and they will ether send you home, of if they don't notice you can vape all day without any disciplinary actions.

      Cons

      You go to a store manager to explain how the job is making you feel and they basically tell you to deal. An that it's not their problem or look at you like you are the problem. They have favorites, if they don't like you anything you do is wrong, but if an employee they like does it, they bat an eye and it's okay. Anytime there is an audit or important person coming, if they know about it they will fake everything and make sure the place looks like its suppose too not how it does on a daily basis.

      Pros

      Weis worked with me as a high school and college student. Although the pay was low, they worked with my schedule allowing me to work throughout school. I was promoted from cashier to customer service desk to book keeper. I learned a lot.

      Cons

      Customers are rude, management does not stick up for good employees who are being treated poorly. Pay is low
