      Pros

      Semi flexible schedule. Lots of turn over so you can move up quickly

      Cons

      Hours cut often but then called in to cover. Also worked 39.5 hours but not given full time status

      Experience Contingent on Location--But Mine Was Great

      Pros

      Hours were flexible, in the truest sense. When I needed more, my manager gave me more. When i needed to be cut back, she cut me back. I worked in the beer cafe while i was finishing out my degree and it was the exact type of experience I was looking for, and more. While I didn't take advantage of it, I received information in the mail about available benefits (various types of insurance) even as part time. I really enjoyed my time at Weis #137!

      Cons

      Only cons would be the constraints put on all employees by the corporate management. Wal-Mart has had a negative impact on every aspect of the retail industry in the way their stores are run, and corporate took a few management queues from that asinine institution, namely under-staffing.

      Pros

      Enjoyed helping customers in the bakery section. Was surprised everything is frozen but makes it easy. Hours: Early to work early to home.

      Cons

      Management was not too intelligent. Pay was a little low.
