Pros
- Good starting wage - Friendly coworkers - Friendly customers if you put on a happy face
Cons
- "Raises" are given out on a yearly basis and are only 15 cents each time. That's NOT a raise, Weis. - Employees hired after January 1st, 2018 don't get the $10/hour Sunday pay. - Doesn't allow employees to have unnatural hair colors. - For a 6-hour shift and under, you only get a 10-minute break. - Lots of standing and no sitting unless you are on break.
