Pros

High point of customer contact for those of you who are people persons. If you know what you are doing, schedule can be flexible (part time)

Cons

Hours can be rough, the buck gets passed often, transition from part time to full time is not easy (have to know the right people). When it comes to an individual customer; the straw that breaks the camel's back will always occur in a grocery store, so keep you head up, smile and don't take it personal.

Pros

I enjoyed working alongside my fellow co-workers. Each one was hardworking and we make the best out of our jobs even though management treats us horribly.

Cons

Hours aren't steady, they will cut your hours at any time. Pay is horrible as well for all the work they make you do. No opportunities to grow with this company, feels like you're stuck especially as a cashier
