Pros

The only thing I like are my customers and that Weis works with my school hours

Cons

1. No breaks or lunches 2. No hours 3. They play favoritism 4. Always getting in trouble because of the cashiers , when I'm not a manager how bout the damn manager do their jobs and manage. 5. They chosen someone else for a promotion that I asked for . I worked for Weis for 12 years , this person worked for Weis only 2 years . 6. Not recognition on things I do out of scope from my department 7. Get mad I call out because of my sick children when I haven't called out the whole year . 8. No good raises 9. Expect me to do manager things without the pay

Pros

Friendly coworkers and above minimum wage as a starting pay. Straight forward work and rules.

Cons

Management wanting you to work for free, through lunches, and breaks. Being blamed for things you didn't do and for things everyone else does, but being the only one blamed.

Pros

- Good Entry Level Pay ($9 USD an Hour) - Simple Work - Friendly co-Workers/customers - Employee Discount

Cons

- Standing for LONG Periods of Time (Kills Your Feet) - No sitting rule (you are forced to stand for upwards of 10 hours) - The Weis Card System is a Pain - Hours (For part time work, they schedule you for WAY to many hours. I was working 35+ hours a week as a starting part time cashier attending college eventually it was cut down to 25. But be sure to tell them if you don't wish to work so many hours.) - Management is generally inconsiderate of employees. (refer back to my last point. They don't really take their employees personal lives into consideration when scheduling hours.
