      Pros

      Employees receive a 10% on Weis products. Paid holidays.

      Cons

      Lack of training once hired. Lack of structure and support from managers. Lack of positive reinforcement and positive feedback. Lack of communication with changes such as hours being cut.

      Pros

      Generally friendly coworkers who are flexible on hours, call-offs, and switching between departments. Customers are friendly, as well. If you become a reliant worker and you're above 18, they'll give you lots of hours. Sometimes they'll give free lunches or snacks.

      Cons

      Hard to move up in the company unless you want to move between departments and work a lot. Sometimes you'll be expected to meet bagging and scanning logistics. The recycled bags are flimsy. The pay rate is only a bit above minimum.

      Pros

      Some co workers are cool. Some of the managers are good. Easy straight-forward job. 9 an hour

      Cons

      Majority of the current management in Danville Pa is awful. They generally do nothing but socialize with each other and don't know how to talk to employees. I'm often told to do things that have no relevance to my department while trying to d my respective job(things the managers could easily do themselves).Certain managers are difficult with scheduling and calling off
